Is smoking allowed on the estate?
Smoke-free regulations introduced on January 1, 2025 apply in all common areas of the estate.
The amended law also provides for sanctions in the event of violation of the new provisions.
Offenders are liable to fines ranging from 208 to 8,000 euros.

Are there places to take shelter in bad weather?
No, we don't have a shelter near the beach. There is a shelter at the entrance to the mini-golf course, but the course does not have a shaded area.

Are deckchairs and parasols available for hire?
No, we do not rent out equipment such as parasols or deckchairs.

Is it safe to walk with a dog?
Pets are not allowed on the beach, near the playground or on the lake. Outside these areas, pets are allowed on a leash.

How do I get to the estate?
By car, take the E19 freeway, exit 20 (Seneffe) and head for Godarville. By bus, take the TEC 167 line from La Louvière and stop at the "Parc Claire-Fontaine" stop just in front of the estate. By train, take the La Louvière-Charleroi line and stop at Godarville. The station is a 10-minute walk from the estate.

Do you have a Bancontact payment system and is cash available?
You can pay for your admission and access to paid activities by credit card. However, it is not possible to withdraw cash on the estate.

What are the opening hours for swimming?
The bathing area is open from June 1 to August 31, every day from 10 am to 6 pm.

Is the estate's infrastructure accessible to PRMs?
The leisure center is accessible to PRMs, but not all activities are accessible, such as aquatic activities or Xtrem Adventure activities.

Is there a place to eat outside the cafeteria?
Next to the Brasserie du Lac, there's usually a food-truck where you can grab a bite to eat. You can also take a picnic with you if you wish, but please note that alcohol and barbecues are prohibited.
