Responsibilities and missions

Under the supervision of the general site coordinator, the administrative assistant contributes to the smooth administrative and logistical running of the tourist site. He/she ensures a quality welcome for visitors, manages day-to-day administrative tasks and plays an active role in organizing and coordinating site activities.

With regard to administrative management, taking into account the specific nature of the activities, the candidate, in partnership with the general site coordinator, manages administrative and legal files relating to the management of the estate and external relations (CGT, WDQ, Commune, etc.), drafts various documents such as agreements, ROI, procedures, etc., prepares, enters and archives administrative documents.

In terms of logistical support, participates in the preparation and organization of events, works with the team to maintain cleanliness and order in reception areas.

For communication and promotion, in collaboration with the communications manager, ensures that the e-mail inbox is kept up to date, contributes to updating tourist information and events on digital media (internet, social networks), helps to set up signage and communication media.
